This Month’s Special Cocktails

Like other couples, we like to compete with each other! So, every month we have two special cocktails - Jess’ pick vs. Bing’s Pick. Come to our tasting room and try them out!

Easter Bunny’s Revenge—Bing’s pick

  • 2 oz Copper Cat Batch No 2 Gin

  • 2 oz fresh carrot juice

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • 1/2 oz agave syrup

  • 1/2 oz Copper Cat Barrel Rested Orange Liqueur

  • Shaken and garnished with a lime

Upper East Side – Jess’ Pick

  • 1 oz Copper Cat Double Barreled Brandy

  • ½ oz sweet vermouth

  • ½ oz Copper Cat Coffee Liqueur

  • Orange bitters

  • Stirred and served on an ice ball with an orange peel

  • 1 ½ oz Copper Cat Master Distiller’s Private Reserve

  • ½ oz Licor 43

  • Peach bitters

  • Stirred and served over a ball of ice with a brandied cherry
