Like other couples, we like to compete with each other! So, every month we have two special cocktails - Jess’ pick vs. Bing’s Pick. Come to our tasting room and try them out!

Summer Celebration—Bing’s pick

  • 1 oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Gin

  • 1 oz Copper Cat Limoncello

  • 4 oz prosecco

  • Built over ice and served with a sprig of rosemary

Gold Standard Negroni – Jess’ Pick

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Cucumber Jasmine Gin

  • 3/4 oz Amaro Montenegro

  • 3/4 oz sweet vermouth

  • Stirred on a ball of ice and served with an orange peel

     

“Fat Washed” Old Fashioned– Monthly Whisky Cocktail

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Triticale Whisky

  • 1/2 oz Copper Cat Orange Liqueur

  • Your choice of Fee Brothers “Fat Wash” – Bacon, Roasted Duck, or Brown Butter

  • Served over a ball of ice
