Like other couples, we like to compete with each other! So, every month we have two special cocktails - Jess’ pick vs. Bing’s Pick. Come to our tasting room and try them out!

Lychee-tini - Bing’s Pick

  • 1 ½ oz Copper Cat Gunpowder Gin

  • ½ oz lychee liqueur

  • 1 ½ oz sake

  • ½ oz lychee syrup

  • Shaken and served with a lychee fruit

Maple Brandy Sour - Jess’ Pick

  • 1 ¾ oz Copper Cat Double Barreled Brandy

  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz maple syrup

  • Fee foam top

Double Smoked Old Fashioned

monthly whisky cocktail special

  • 1 ½ oz Hazelnut Shell Smoked American Single Malt

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • Aromatic bitters

  • Orange bitters

  • Served smoked over a ball of ice
