This Month’s Special Cocktails

Like other couples, we like to compete with each other! So, every month we have two special cocktails - Jess’ pick vs. Bing’s Pick. Come to our tasting room and try them out!

Rosemary Gin Toddy- Bing’s Pick

  • 1 ½ oz Copper Cat Gunpowder Gin

  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

  • ¾ oz simple syrup

  • 4 oz hot water

  • Served hot with a sprig of fresh rosemary

Cat’s Pajamas - Jess’ Pick

  • 1 ¾ oz Copper Cat Double Barreled Brandy

  • ¼  oz  Copper Cat Barrel Rested Orange Liqueur

  • ¼  oz  Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

  • ¼  oz  Earl Grey simple syrup

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • Dash of aromatic bitters

  • Shaken and served with a sprig of fresh rosemary

Fig Old Fashioned

monthly whisky cocktail special

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Rye whisky

  • 1/2 oz Fig Simple Syrup

  • 3 dashes ginger bitters

  • Stirred with ice then poured over an ice ball

  • Served with an orange peel
