This Month’s Special Cocktails

Like other couples, we like to compete with each other! So, every month we have two special cocktails - Jess’ pick vs. Bing’s Pick. Come to our tasting room and try them out!

Spring Time Sour—Bing’s pick

  • 1 ½ oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Gin

  • ½ oz Brovo Uncharted

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz orgeat (almond syrup)

  • 3 drops saline

  • Served with a lemon peel

Four Leaf Clover – Jess’ Pick

  • 1 oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Gin

  • 1 oz Sour Apple Pucker

  • ½ oz Brovo Falernum

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • Shaken and served with a lemon peel

     

Hippy Crunchy Old Fashioned– Monthly Whisky Cocktail

  • 1 ½ oz Copper Cat Triticale Whisky

  • ½ oz granola simple syrup

  • Molasses bitters

  • Stirred and served over a ball of ice with a brandied cherry
