This Month’s Special Cocktails

Like other couples, we like to compete with each other! So, every month we have two special cocktails - Jess’ pick vs. Bing’s Pick. Come to our tasting room and try them out!

Strawberry Ginger Honey Limeade—Bing’s pick

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Vodka

  • 2 oz strawberry, ginger honey syrup

  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice

  • Served over ice with a fresh strawberry

F’ing Tasty- Jess’ Pick

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Gin

  • 1 oz Sky River Dry Mead

  • 3/4 oz Elderflower liqueur

  • 1/4 oz Brovo American Genepy

  • Crushed mint

  • Shaken and served with a sprig of mint

Mint Old Fashioned

monthly whisky cocktail special

  • 1 1/2 oz Copper Cat Rye Whisky

  • 1/2 oz Copper Cat Barrel Rested Orange Liqueur

  • Muddled mint

  • 3 dashes aromatic bitters

  • Served over a ball of ice with an orange peel
