This Month’s Special Cocktails

Like other couples, we like to compete with each other! So, every month we have two special cocktails - Jess’ pick vs. Bing’s Pick. Come to our tasting room and try them out!

Blood Moon—Bing’s pick

  • 1 ½ oz Copper Cat Double Barreled Brandy

  • ¾ oz Copper Cat Orange Liqueur

  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz grenadine

  • 3 drops saline

  • Shaken and served with a dried lemon

Bushel and a Peck- Jess’ Pick

  • 1 ½ oz Copper Cat Batch No. 2 Gin

  • 1 oz apple cider

  • ½ oz lavender rosemary simple syrup

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • Shaken and served with spear of rosemary

Modified Revolver

monthly whisky cocktail special

  • 1 oz Copper Cat Triticale Whisky

  • 1 oz Copper Cat Coffee Liqueur

  • ½ oz Brovo Amaro No. 1

  • Aztec Mexican Chocolate and Cardamom bitters

  • Served over a ball of ice with an orange peel
