Our Story
As Bing says, there is a long, and a short version to every story—or, as she also likes to say, Jess’ version (long form) and Bing’s (much shorter).
To get the long version of our story requires a visit to our tasting room. Highlights include: details of a trip to Europe where we hatched our plan to start a distillery over cocktails; how right as we were applying for our liquor licenses COVID-19 attempted to wiped out the entire world; how the very first product we made at the distillery wasn’t gin or vodka, but hand sanitizer that we donated to first-responders and essential workers; and that as a husband and wife team, our monthly cocktail challenge can get really competitive sometimes…
In the meantime, here is a short version: We are two creative individuals who believe in ourselves, in our work, and would like to share our passion with the world.
