Copper cat ® Batch No.2 Gin
We make our flagship gin with twelve different botanicals. The key is three different peppercorns—black pepper, Sichuan pepper, and Grains of Paradise. Then we add juniper, rose hips, cardamom, chamomile, lemon grass, hibiscus as well as citrus to round off the rough edges. This makes an excellent martini, especially with blue cheese-stuffed olives.
Copper cat ® If I Sits, I Fits Gin
We take our Batch No. 2 Gin and let is sit in an ex-rye barrel for several months before bottling. Fits is a very unique spirit. It marries the sweet, warm barrel notes that you would expect from a whisky with the floral, citrus notes of our gin.
Copper cat Gunpowder Gin
Made from a grenache rose base spirit, Gunpowder Gin is our latest seasonal release. The spirit itself has a slight strawberry note to it, which we’ve balanced out with the addition of Gunpowder green tea. Slightly more juniper forward than our flagship gin, it’s very versatile and works well as a dry martini or shaken into cocktails.

A limited-edition gin made from fresh-pressed Washington apples. As you have probably guessed, this martini-strength gin gets its unique, floral notes from nine different botanicals that include rosemary, sage, lavender, ginger, juniper and Sichuan pepper.
